Our client is a Leading Financial Advisory practice that is expanding their presence in Hong Kong with a view to increasing market share of the offshore expat financial services client market. As a result we currently have two Senior Consultant positions to fill.
We have an opening for 2 experienced IFA's that MUST have the following:
- At least 2 years working experience in Hong Kong within a similar company structure (Independent financial consulting) selling Long Term unit Linked products.
- Client base already built, predominantly made up from British/European clients.
- Experience of managing a sales team in a financial institution.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Registered member of Confederation of Insurance Brokers or other equivalent body within Hong Kong.
- Relevant exams & Continual Professional Development up to date.
- Clear understanding of compliance and proven low persistency.
- Finance or finance related Degree or UK qualified Financial Advisor status.
- Proven experience working in banking/investment sector over the previous 10 years with management experience
- Proven ability to network within various expat groups in Hong Kong
- Knowledge and relationships already built with relevant offshore Insurance institutions within Hong Kong
- Desire to build the business with a long term view of staying in Hong Kong
- Self supporting financially
