The position is responsible for the overall management of the University's facilities to achieve maximum income return. You will be utilising an inhouse booking system to book rooms and all other relevant services. You will also be checking invoices and other basic accounts admin tasks.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills
- Events and or accounts background
- Possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
