Personal Assistant required for my client who is a Global Leader within the office solutions space. A vital role has a arisen for a professional Personal Assistant to work between two offices in the CBD and North Sydney.
Key duties include:
* Overseeing the day to day running of the business including greeting clients, travel, accounts, invoices, IT, and administion duties
* Diary, appointment and meeting management
The successful applicant will most likely possess the following attributes:
* Experience in a similar corporate/professional environment
* Excellent presentation and communication skill
* Strong time-management and organisational skills
* Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
* Friendly outgoing personality with a positive attitude
* Pro-active
