Sales Rep - Earn over $100K - National company in growth mode -South Melb.
As a national company with it's HQ in South Melb our client requires atleast two sales professionals who know what their doing. With 22 yrs experience in the RTO business they have built a reputation which is 2nd to none.
They are now aggressively seeking to grow their market share and if you are driven to make money their bonus structure will see you earn very well.
You will be inducted into the company over a two week period where you will be taught the CRM and learn about successful case studies where your new employer has earnt their reputation. You will not make cold calls as all calls you make will be provided by a lead generation service.
Obviously you will not be working for free. You will be on a retainer of $50K plus Commissions.
Chosen applicants will however be able to:
• Show prior success in a sales role
• Have excellent communication
• Strong Drive and commitment to succeed.
This is a startinfg position within the organisation. Opportunities will exist to move into leadership positions or positions of account managment. To start with however the key to your success will be the abilty to sell over the telephone primarily however there will be opportunities to meet customers aswell.
