This company is a young and innovative event management company dealing with Blue Chip Clients throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
We are now looking for a high caliber candidate to join our client.
Full Time PA – 5 Days per Week
Job duties:
Reporting directly to the MD, to handle day-to-day administration on her behalf;
Screening of telephone calls, enquiries and requests;
Proof reading and copywriting of all documents sent out to Clients and Targets;
Writing letters, taking dictation and minutes of meetings for the Managing Director
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
Sales calls and appointment making
Requirements:
Fluency in English is a necessity;
Relevant working experience is beneficial;
Hands on PC operations knowledge, including MS Excel and Word is essential;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Immediately available is preferred.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
