Experience withservice requests
Work with the bank operations team and application teams supporting the interfacing applications for incident / problem resolution and also for environment related activities
Co-ordination with the offshore support team for smooth functioning of day to day operations and be the front face (SPOC) for the customer any application related issues.
• TIM 4.6 or 5.1, TDI 6.1.1, Java script, Java and struts
• Good communication skills
• Experience working on Unix
• Prior experience working in maintenance / production support project
