Our client is a nationally award winning architectural, interior design & urban design consultancy who have an excellent reputation in providing design & project managment solutions. With an excellent portfolio of projects including commercial, transport, education, hotels, retail & leisure, they continue to exceed their clients expectations.
Recently been awarded a major local design & construction transport project, they now require a Registered Project Architect to join the Perth team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 - 10 years plus experience as a Project Architect with formal Architectural qualifications and registration within Western Australia
- A successful background across a variety of major projects across different sectors
- A track record in design, documenation with strong AutoCAD experience
- A strong background within Project Management & on site construction/contracts administration
- Experienced client coordination skills & knowledge of construction codes
- Excellent reporting skills & decision making capabilities
18 month contract offering an attractive salary & Perth CBD location
