Due to a strong growth strategy we are looking for a dynamic consultant to join our expanding CBB located Sydney office.
The Type of person we are looking for will have had exposure to the recruitment industry with a full 360 degrees recruitment experience.
• Be confident in your ability to bring on board new business
• Demonstrate proven strategies to retain and grow existing business capitalising wherever possible
• Preferably have recruitment experience
• Have successfully worked in exceeding customer expectations and you will bring to the table a wealth of positive customer service outcomes
Your people skills will be exemplary and you will be skilled in and enjoy interacting with people from all walks of life. You will have well developed written and oral communication skills, attention for detail, are able to be compliant in terms of health and safety and process and enjoy working in a fast paced environment where the only constant is change.
You will enjoy working within a fun loving and dedicated team environment and be happy to roll your sleeves up and pitch in.
