Established over 30 years ago, my client has an enviable record in the multi level apartment sector. Winning awards and high end projects has become second nature for this business. This shows through the minimal staff turnover due to the exciting opportunities they provide.
Due to being awarded another architecturally designed, multi level apartment project they are looking to add an experienced apartment Project Manager.
Responsibilities as a Project Manager include:
- Dealing with the client
- Setting & maintaining the fortnightly program
- Management of the overall site
- Ability to form strong sub contractor relationships
You will have good experience as a Project Manager on either multi level or high-rise apartment projects valued between $30m - $60m. You will also be able to display a history of delivering projects on time & on budget.
