Command Group has been engaged exclusively to supply a Senior Planner / Programmer for a tier 1 builder that has a national presence.
My client is probably the most familiar tier 1 builder in Australia; they have forged a solid reputation for delivering iconic projects for both the government & private clients.
Due to upcoming bids and current work in hand they have asked us to source an experienced Senior Planner / Programmer.
Responsibilities for the role will include:
- To assist the National Planning Manager with programming requirements for the projects at hand.
- Provide the project teams with the programming updates & reports as a reference tool for construction & completion of a project.
- Planning for major project bids.
The ideal candidate would have at least 5 years building planning experience for either a consultancy or head contractor. You will have a diversified project background, with health, high-rise & commercial experience looked upon favourably.
Salary for the role will be in the range of $180k - $220k, with all the usual perks on top. You will also be provided with extensive career development opportunities which will open numerous doors within the business.
