My client is an Oil and Gas company and leader in the development and delivery of advanced product and service offerings for the global Oil and Gas industry.
Due to rapid growth they are currently in need of an Experienced Sales leader APA – Subsea Services

Role Summary/Purpose: The Sales Leader demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and P & L responsibilities to drive business growth in the after sales and services business segment. Key deliverables are orders growth, revenue generation with well balanced operating profit whilst maintaining a competitive market position.
 

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Develop, build & communicate area commercial strategy covering the Upstream, Subsea and Offshore Services market
  • Develop Area strategy for sales growth, contract renegotiations Pipeline development .
  • Lead & mentor sales initiatives, develop & build effective sales strategy and work with P&L’s to develop most competitive technical and commercial offering; and good understanding of customers financial model.
  • Own area operating plan (Sales/Orders/Margin).
  • Provide market feedback to business on technical, commercial and operational NPI necessary to achieve growth in area.
  • Lead SOA’s, technical meetings to build customer relationship & pipeline growth.
  • Build customer relationships at senior/executive level within all customer organisations.
  • Lead team to ensure effective use of e-tools/training.
  • Work with customers, sales teams to influence RFQ’s.
  • Lead business reviews with senior management (O&G & Energy).
  • Work with functional organisation in ITO, sourcing and manufacturing to drive a competitive position and ensure the business is delivering on client expectation


Qualifications/Requirements:

  • BS in Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years in marketing/sales role
  • Previous and demonstrable leadership skills
  • Excellent financial and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
  • Knowledge of customer financial drivers
  • Proven coordination & influencing skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Creative thinker, open minded & flexible to new ideas
