As a Senior member of this exciting, dynamic and busy team, you will be focused on providing customers with prompt and professional service for all of their support needs. This role is very customer service focused.
You will be looking after a profile of clients dealing with:
- Order tracking
- Quoting
- You need to be familiar with customs and quarantine requirements
- And you must have broad knowledge of Seafreight, Airfreight and logistics
To be successful for this role, you will possess:
- This is a senior role so please only apply if you have a strong customer service background in logistics and freight
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- EDI experience preferred.
- A genuine passion for customer care
