Must Have
- Proven track record of mentoring or leading teams
- SQL skills eg Performance optimisation archiving, replication etc
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Programming experience with Ruby on Rails or Java
- Solid grasp of IT methodologies e.g ITIL, Agile,
- Understanding - you don't need to be an expert :-) of the following: Ubuntu, Red Hat Linux, OSX, Windows, MySQL, PostgresSQL, Ruby on Rails, Git, Subversion, RabbitMQ, Citrix Xen Server

- Online market place / E-Commerce background
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or science
