Sydney Director: Paul Tee
Paul has been working in Recruitment for a period of 20 years and is currently the Managing Director of the Sydney branch.
He started at ABC in Southampton, England as a Consultant working within the Construction sector and was soon promoted to Branch Manager. After moving to London, Paul worked for Coyle personnel, again within the construction sector.
After two years at Coyles he set up Coyle Rail- a specialist rail recruitment business, covering all P-way, protection and managerial staff. Paul was made director of the company and by the time he left in 2001, Coyle Rail was turning over 15 million pounds a year with over 20 permanent and 250 contractors.
On arriving in Sydney, Paul established blue collar agency Command Industrial which was sold to Manpower in 2007. For the following three years, Paul managed the Parramatta branch of Command Group and in 2010, when Command’s Parramatta and Sydney branches merged, Paul became Managing Director of the combined branch.
